Our dedicated efforts with co-ordination of cross functional team members resulted in reducing the cycle time of production line
by 25% which ultimately led to increasing the profit by 90% margins for the end client.
My Team in Ador was given the responsibility of implementing the Flaring System from scratch for them with the use of 150 Man
power and other optimal assembly line resources/machines.

Increase in Productivity for Manufacturing of Paper Bags using Time & Method Study Techniques” Jan 2012- July 2012
Worked on the mentally retards of Yerwada Asylum, Pune as the target audience. The aim was to
increase the productivity of manufacturing paper bags and by 90% with the optimum utilization of available resources in the most
saving 4K $ per month way. This solution was presented by me in the form of case study in IEEE, which later got selected for paper
publication – paper published in Nov journal 2013
