implementation plan
• PHASE I : Status of pending cases of every court to be
available online, access to cause list and case details, instant
issue of certified copies, facilitation counters in every court
complex.
• PHASE II : Production of victim & witness through video
conference, summons of courts by electronic means, E-filing
of cases in all courts, availability of digitally signed court
orders and judgments on net.
• PHASE III : Creation of data base of pending cases,
electronic calculation of court fees, online assignment of
cases, grouping of cases, scanning & storage of all case
documents.

through the creation of national judicial data grid.

• 1. Insurance cover up to 20,00,000/- for the lawyers and their
families.
• 2.Medi claim : free medical treatment of every type of disease
in the best hospitals of India. They would be provided with a
special card for this purpose.
• 3.Stipend for the the needy entrants to the bar upto 5 years of
their practice of minimum Rs.10,000/-.
• 4.Scheme of pension for advocates and family pension in
case of untimely death of advocates(min Rs.50,000/-).
• 5. Interest- free house loans, loans for vehicle for needy
advocates. The government would provide lands at cheaper
rates for housing of advocates.
