Responsible for directing and managing 50+ ministries, pastoral programs and community events. Pastoral associate in the
formation of disciples through talent/gift development programs, workshops, retreats, conferences, prayer groups, one-on-
one coaching, newcomers committee, and RCIA. Produced multiple community and volunteer appreciation events,
coordinated workshop leaders and volunteers. Responsible for monthly scheduling of 150 liturgical ministers to serve 7
Masses per Sunday.
