Why is this the most important?
In life you need to have responsibility.
Every employee wants to hire someone
with excellent responsibility skills.
In life to be successful and get
places in life you have to work.
You have to have a career in
mind, and go after that career.
To get the career you want you
must be responsible.
Your social skills with
customers is a main part and
in college with your teachers
and when you have a job.
Citizenship could help the
company hire more employees, if
your hire someone that speaks a
different language they could
translate and help gain employees.
You have to live your life to
get anywhere in life.
College professors want
someone who can handle
responsibilities, good with
communication and have your
life organized and know what
career you want and going
forth your career.

• I read the article called executives say the 21st
century requires more skilled workers. It was
said in order to make a business grow the
skills you need is the four C’s (critical
thinking,creativity,communication,
collaboration) will be important in the future.

• The reason for 21 century skill is to teach and
prepare students for technology, economic
and informational changes. The 21st century
applies core knowledge and critical thinking
that sets essentials. It also has creativity and
flexibility when partnering with business
members to succeed goals.
6. Article 3
• To build 21st century skills students must
research, build and be able to use the
computer and computer skills. Students
should learn and know how to use any
technology that gets sat right in front of them,
and be able to locate anything on a computer
iPhone iPod that is asked. Our generation is all
computer and electronics.
