BOOKING
• Individual/shared login for booking
Individual login: Single user can make a booking, mod-
ification and cancellation.
Shared login: More than one user can make bookings.
• Single Person, Group booking, Bulk booking
User can make a booking for one passenger or for a
group of passengers.
• One way/Return
User can book a one way or two way booking.
• Payment Mechanism
User must pay to get the ticket confirmed. S/he has the
following options:
– Cash Payment (User can pay via hard cash)
– Credit Card transaction (user can pay via Moto,
multi-factor 3D secure)
– Bank Payment (user can pay via organization’s in-
house accounts department – not directly connected
with any bank for authentication)
– Cheque Payment (user can pay via organization’s in-
house accounts department – not directly connected
with any bank for authentication)
• Customize PNR and Ticket Number Generation
AviRES is capable enough to generate a unique (Per-
sonal Name Record) PNR number for maximum of 5
passengers against any booking (one way, return, sin-
gle passenger, group of passengers). System will also
generate the ticket # for each passenger.
• Itinerary Information
User can extract the itinerary information of
passenger(s) by Ticket# or by PNR#. S/he will be shown
with all information of the passenger and travel/route.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
• Print and email Travel Document with Fare and with-
out fare
User can print or email the Travel Document (ticket) of
any passenger by extracting his itinerary information.
He can also print or email the Travel Document with or
without the fare.
• Ticket in PDF Format
AviRES has the option to convert the ticket to PDF for-
mat and send it via an email to the given email ad-
dress.
• Passenger Search
This utility allows the user to search for a specific pas-
senger. User can search by the First Name, Last Name,
Passport# etc.
SECTORS AND LEGS MANAGEMENT
• Flight Schedule Creation
This option allows the user to create flight schedules
for different routes. The schedules can contain N
number of legs without a circular reference. System
provides facility to replicate the same schedule for
multiple weekdays. AviRES allows the creation of
multi-day routes as well.
• Flight Route Creation
AviRES automatically creates flight routes based on
the schedules that are fed into the system.
• Class Management (Economy/Business)
AviRES maintains multiple booking classes against
each route. There are defined numbers of seats that
can be sold against each class.
• Multi-Day flight Management
AviRES allows the creation and management of mul-
tiday routes as well. This helps in having a schedule
that can run overnight.
