• Provide day-to-day advice and counsel on all real estate matters for PG&E’s entire
service territory from Bakersfield to the California/Oregon border.
• Supervise and manage all (i) surplus property sales of $60+ million portfolio and
unimproved land purchases for facilities expansion; (ii) leasing of third-party property,
including office and industrial space, totaling over one million square feet; (iii) third-party

other distribution facilities sales.
• Handle more than 50 transactions at a time and regularly advise six PG&E departments.
• Draft and update all form agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, leases

mitigation; Subdivision Map Act issues; condemnation and California Public Utilities

• Provide full-day bi-annual training to regional CRE personnel on new procedures and

providing detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to lease property as a tenant from

reorganization.
• Supervise and manage all outside counsel firms supporting PG&E’s real estate practice,
including all associated administrative responsibilities of hiring contracts, budgets and bill
review and approval.
Sole in-house political law compliance attorney for multi-billion dollar regulated utility:
• Advise, in conjunction with outside counsel, on all lobbying, gift-giving, in-kind contribution
and campaign activities and associated required internal and external reporting of those
activities and conflict of interest issues related to the above.
• Provide formal annual training tailored to each client department.
• Supervise outside counsel, review and approve all billings and manage associated budgets
and contracts.
