● Part of litigation team successfully winning general contractor’s $10 million breach of contract claim against

District, with the issuance of its bond and private placement offerings for development and infrastructure
projects in the Stapleton area, with offerings ranging from $6,000,000 to $50,000,000; assisted in the drafting
and revision of Official Statements, Supplements, Certificates, and Opinion Letters.
● Recently prepared and submitted responses to Requests for Proposal for Bond Counsel and/or Special Counsel
to the City and County of Denver for Finance Counsel; to the Denver Board of Water Commissioners; and to
the Department of Aviation.
● Represent universities in development and construction of student housing and infrastructure projects including
assistance in financial closing for funding of the project; selection of general contractors and design
professionals; negotiation and drafting of design-build agreements; management of project construction and
closeout; advising client regarding application of the pertinent agreements; and management of claims.
Financing and closing includes work on various federal loan programs, and with the New Markets Tax Credit
