The Promo Link team is proud to announce the results of the 36th annual
Image Awards from the PPPC.
2015 was a banner year for us and our Promo Link team thanks our customers for their
confidence and collaboration. It’s working with such amazing people that allows us to con-
sistently surpass expectations and have so much fun doing it.
Our team also thanks our supplier-partners without whom we couldn’t produce the excel-
lent products our clients deserve.
We are excited by all the creative projects we get to work on and look forward to more col-
laborations in 2016. It’s off to a great start.

The 2015 PPPC Image Awards Winners
Here are some of our results:

Silver Medal for B2B: “The Big Wheel Bus for
Insight”
Most of us know that Insight is a valuable contribu-
tor to businesses around the world, but they are
also a valuable partner in education. Montreal’s
team was invited to present at an international con-
vention on education and they wanted to create an
item that embodied both their commitment to edu-
cation and the importance of education itself. They
called on us and we were proud to answer our good
friends at Insight.
The yellow school bus is one of the most recogniz-
able icons of education, we stepped it up a notch to
demonstrate the added value commitment that In-
sight delivers to its customers. We looked for some-
thing that demonstrated Insight’s ability to over-
come obstacles in reaching for excellent products
and services, and we found a toy manufacturer that
made the bus with the big, off-road, cover any ter-
rain wheels.
The The Big Wheel Bus was distributed to
prospects and played with publicly, which initiated
lots of smiles and drove many more leads to their
booth. Following the event they donated a few
dozen of the buses to two daycare operations in
Montreal.

Silver Medal for Best Embroidery: “Martin’s
Truck for Transport Martin Legris”
This is one of those memorable clients that touches
your heart. This project was what some might call a
passion project. Martin Legris is very passionate
about his truck, his business, and his quality work
ethic. To him they are one and the same. He want-
ed something simple that would convey this profes-
sional attitude to his growing list of corporate
clients.
The design chosen for this jacket is an exact replica
of his very well cared for truck. It was rendered
beautifully on a top quality embroidery machine and
includes heightened details of the truck. Only a
clear logo was embroidered on the front breast to
indicate and demonstrate the straightforward and
trustworthy branding of his company.
As expected, Martin Legris wore it with pride and
we are very happy to share that he gets wonderful
compliments on it, that increase his pride as well as
his business.

Bronze Medal for Multiple Audiences: “Chariot -
The Firma Studios Character Pack”
This amazing game production company has a
team that is devoted to quality fun. They take fun
about as seriously as one can… while enjoying
themselves so much.
The goal here was to do more than increase gamer
traffic to their display during an important trade
show, it was to set a buzz with the distributors and
retailers in attendance at the show, when they saw
the excited users showing off and trading their cool
collectibles while talking about the game. The art-
work was deliberately focused on the avatars, over
the background graphics, to engage the gamers in
a fan initiated, social media campaign, which they
did with their mobile devices.
Our client was over the moon with the results. They
gave away everything we made for them and col-
lected a valuable list of leads to increase their
sales.
