INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Ensure mains supply switched off.
INSTALLATION ADVICE: Detector responds to changes in temperature, avoid the following situations:
- Avoid pointing the detector towards objects with highly reflective surfaces, such as mirrors, etc.
- Avoid mounting the detector near heat sources, such as heating vents, air conditioning units, etc.
- Avoid pointing the detector towards objects that may move in the wind, such as curtains, tall plants etc.

- Rotate bottom cover anti-clockwise and remove. (Fig1)
- Insert power wire through the circular cut-out into the connection terminal (Fig1).
- Connect according to the connection-wire diagram (Fig2)
- Mount the bottom cover onto a selected position with supplied screws. (Fig1)
- Position the sensor onto the bottom cover and turn clockwise until it locks in place.
- After finishing installation, turn on the power and test it.
Setting up the Sensor
Set the LUX knob to the maximum (sun), TIME knob to the minimum (-).
Switch on the power; the sensor will be ON in standby mode. After the 30 second warm-up, the sensor is ready for function. Once there is movement, the sensor starts to
work. It will stop working within the time-delay 3-10 sec when there is no other detection found.
The sensor will resume once it detects a new movement.
Set LUX knob to the minimum (moon), which means the sensor will only work at night (<3LUX). If the ambient light around the testing site is more than 3LUX, the sensor
cannot work. For testing, you can use a piece of cloth for example, to cover the sensor to check if it works normally on night mode.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Ensure mains supply switched off. INSTALLATION ADVICE: Detector responds to changes in temperature, avoid the following situations: - Avoid pointing the detector towards objects with highly reflective surfaces, such as mirrors, etc. - Avoid mounting the detector near heat sources, such as heating vents, air conditioning units, etc. - Avoid pointing the detector towards objects that may move in the wind, such as curtains, tall plants etc. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ - Rotate bottom cover anti-clockwise and remove. (Fig1) - Insert power wire through the circular cut-out into the connection terminal (Fig1). - Connect according to the connection-wire diagram (Fig2) - Mount the bottom cover onto a selected position with supplied screws. (Fig1) - Position the sensor onto the bottom cover and turn clockwise until it locks in place. - After finishing installation, turn on the power and test it. Setting up the Sensor Set the LUX knob to the maximum (sun), TIME knob to the minimum (-). Switch on the power; the sensor will be ON in standby mode. After the 30 second warm-up, the sensor is ready for function. Once there is movement, the sensor starts to work. It will stop working within the time-delay 3-10 sec when there is no other detection found. The sensor will resume once it detects a new movement. Set LUX knob to the minimum (moon), which means the sensor will only work at night (<3LUX). If the ambient light around the testing site is more than 3LUX, the sensor cannot work. For testing, you can use a piece of cloth for example, to cover the sensor to check if it works normally on night mode. Fitting: Plastic SPECIFICATIONS: Power Source: 220-240V/AC Detection Range: 180° Power Frequency: 50Hz Detection Distance: 5m –12m max (<24C) adjustable Ambient Light: <3-2000LUX (adjustable) Working Temperature: -20~+40° Working Humidity: <93%RH Power Consumption: approx 0.5W Rated Load: Max.1200W 300W Installation Height: 1.8 – 2.5m Detection Moving Speed: 0.6-1.5m/s Electrical products can cause death, injury, damage to property. Installation of this product must be carried out by a qualified electrician, in accordance with SANS 10142. On completion of installation, ensure that the Certificate of Compliance is updated. - Avoid pointing the detector towards objects that may move in the wind, such as curtains, tall plants, etc. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ -Remove the faceplate using a screw-driver. (Fig 1) Pull the wire through the wire cut-out. -Mount the device onto a selected position with the supplied screws (Fig 2). -Connect the power wire according to the connection-wire diagram (Fig 3) -Re-attach the front cover; turn on the power to test.
