How to Move Quick Access Toolbar in Excel
It is easy to customize Microsoft Excel to your own preferences. The Quick Access Toolbar,
found in Excel 2016, can be moved above or below the ribbon. Follow the steps below to do
this.
1. Open a blank workbook in Microsoft Excel.
2. Locate the Quick Access Toolbar at the upper left of the screen, and select the
dropdown arrow.
3. Select Show Below the Ribbon.
Now the Quick Access Toolbar appears below the ribbon.
