Designation – Sales Director – BFSI
Role Type – Hunter ( New Business Development)
Location – Paris, France
Type of Employment –Permanent (Full Time )

Desired Skills and Experience
Basic:
 Demonstrable experience in achieving annual revenue targets.
 Driven to sell IT services and solutions.
 Relationship building.
 Building and managing a pipeline of business.
 Customer profiling, account planning and set revenue / margin targets by services line at the
account level.
 Anchor client meetings and pursue any opportunities generated with the help of pre-sales,
partner units and external partners.c
Role & Responsibilities
 Shape and lead large strategic deals for the BFSI for our client in Europe.
 New business development activities through direct sales. Developing strong relationships with
the customer leading to deep understanding of their products and long-term business
strategies. Supporting development and implementing sales strategy. Building and maintaining
a network of public and private customer contacts and partners in the region
 Work with sales team on deal qualifications, deal strategy, reviews and pursuit planning.
 Lead customer conversations, presentations and meetings related to new deals both before and
during the deal cycles in alignment with the country specific sales organization.Matrix
organization structure.
 Shaping the deals through workshops, discussions with customers and present relevant solution
options and business cases. Work with internal teams and shape deals through influencers, deal
advisors and partners etc.
 Periodically review and own accounts receivable status from the new accounts as per the cash-
flow plan. Drive increase in deal signing margins through consultative selling, single source
deals and a coordinated sales strategy. Increasing the market share in the account and also
share of wallet of the account with the customer.
 Lead the deal cycle with customer and influencers
 Manage all deal specific relationships, communications, formal and informal
presentations/workshops, commercial and contractual discussions.
Preferred:
 Experience of selling IT services and solutions to companies in the BFSI industry.
 Numerous years of experience in driving pursuits for large size proposals client relationship
management – managing relationships with key client personnel and CXOs within client
organisation.
 Experience in reviewing sales plan / pipeline with leadership to ensure target achievement.
Navigate account to identify various deals, build internal consensus and prioritize
opportunities.
 Strong knowledge of business environment and norms to be able to spot opportunities and
ensure conversion to business as per client needs.
 Knowledge of selling concept, principals & guidelines esp. deal closure, handling objections
etc.
 Understanding of impact of industry trends, competition nuances and offerings, sectoral
priorities, relevant government regulations etc.
 Knowledge of client context and client engagement guidelines including organisational
sensitivities to consistently look for new solutions.
 Consultative skills.
 Pricing decisions within the scope of the Master Services Agreement.
