South Africa who hosted the Football for Hope Festival 2010, a collabo-
ration initiative of FIFA’s CSI and streetfootballworld. Seth Naicker was
employed from 01.08.2009 to 31.08.2011 in the capacity of Operations
Co-ordinator.
Seth is skilled in the field of leadership and development related to peo-
ple and organizations and put his experiential and academic learning to
work in the task of coordinating and managing operations that ensured
the successful delivery of social legacy project of the World Cup 2010.
Seth provided insight and valuable information to our approach of en-
gaging the community and people of Alexandra in Johannesburg, South
Africa. He is passionate about his work related to people and organiza-
tional development and was a tremendous team player who worked with
integrity and commitment, managing a team of about 5 staff members
and 20 volunteers.
