1. SCOTT LONDON ABOUT EMPOWERMENT OF YOUTH
When the journalist Scott London met Bill Drayton in
Oslo, Norway, he asked him about the way to
empower the following generation to begin social
ventures and become successful change makers.
Drayton, who is a figure when it comes to social
entrepreneurship, said that the first phase is for
young persons to be practicing change.

2. He added that they have to help each youth
community and each school to make the change so
that such practice became natural for children to
begin things. Once children and young people
consider themselves as change makers, the whole
world will be on a new path that is hopeful
limitlessly.
Scott London asked about the hardest challenge that
faces today social entrepreneurship.

3. Bill Drayton said that the biggest issue in this field is
that people do not yet see the change that is taking
place actually. Once they understand that we are
migrating from system of repetition to a system of
change, and then the social entrepreneurship’s role
will become clear. He added that when each
individual is a change maker, the world will never
have issues beating the solutions.

4. People will become just like clever while blood cells.
When they see a problem, they do not waste time
and act directly for fixing it. Once people become
aware that world is changing and break through the
consciousness gap, then the change will become
very clear. At that moment, Drayton revealed that
people can understand the meaning for them to be
young people, leaders of institutions, or parents.

5. Scott London asked Bill Drayton where he sees the
area in ten years. Drayton replied that they will be
above the consciousness tipping level. Numerous
institutions that are systematized around repetition
will start to collapse faster. However, he pointed
that repetition will not disappear completely since
people will probably repeat some house chores such
as cleaning the house and washing the dishes.
