Dear sir/madam,
I have worked in the Television Industry since 1997. My skills started as an editor in the very early days of non-linear post-
production, witnessing the transformation from tape based editing. I have been editing continuously since then, and over time I have
developed high quality camera operation skills as well.
Since 2006 I have been working as a freelance editor/camera, with various clients keeping me busy. I have my own Production Studio,
including Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, and Pro Tools Audio.
I just completed working on 2 feature films. I was final editor on both projects. “Hello Forever” is currently being released by
Champion Films in the U.S. It won best debut feature film at Houston Int. Film Festival.
The second film is under the working title “Message Man”. I was responsible for cutting most of the scenes and doing the final pass on
the entire film. It will be due for release sometime this year, or early 2016.
Other recent clients/projects have included Guthy-Renker, Master Chef, Biggest Loser, Nudie Juices and Miss Teen Australia. I have
previously worked for Qantas as editor on their behind the scenes coverage of “AUSTRALIA” for BAZZ LUHRMANN. I also edited
at Qantas full time for seven months, creating their In-Flight Entertainment programs.
The previous three years I was Senior Editor at 1st Avenue TV (Fox Studios), cutting on Avid Adrenaline.
Previous to that I was employed at Vitascope, in Mossman, as an Avid Editor, and before that I started at Dr. What Video in Bondi
Junction.
I have worked in Sports News for Ch7, Disney Australia on the children’s show Studio D, produced overseas travel promos, music
video clips, short films, TVC’s and documentaries.
I have crossed the Bass Strait twice on a fishing trawler, as cameraman capturing World Record attempts by a Windsurfer and Kite-
boarder.
I have also performed as a live VJ (video jockey) mixing visuals live in sync with DJ’s.
I am intuitive and ready for any new challenge. Always prepared to work in new environments, meet people, and travel to new places.
My general hobbies include surfing, and writing/performing music.
