1. President
• Must be at least 32 years of age
-ensures that the candidate is properly experienced in the real
world
• Must have been a Independent Fairfield resident for at least
10 years. At the start of the country, this limit is void.
-guarantees candidate is familiar with the structure of
Independent Fairfield
• Must have at least a college degree
-this makes sure that the candidate is well-educated so they
can make the most reliable decisions

2. District Representatives
• Must be of at least 30 years of age
-Allows them to have moderate experience while
still having ample opportunity to rise up and take
on a larger role
• Serves one six year term
-This would allow the polls every six years to be for
both the district representatives and the
president, this also allows for new representatives to
make their mark
