responsibilities included all phases of the recruitment and hiring process including
sourcing, qualifying, drug screening, running criminal background checks, creating job
orders and applicant profiles in our database as well as developing employees on how to
operate forklifts (sit down / stand up), clamp trucks, and obtain M-Test access by
fingerprinting the applicant and ensuring other drug screening and background
requirements where met to be compliment with State and Federal guidelines.
• Just as my responsibilities from my previous employer, my skill sets required me to
handle full life-cycle recruiting, with additional tasks such as creating job orders,
assigning employees to specific job orders within the database, also accumulated pay
rates and bill rates by using the typical HR formula from obtaining the client’s markup

strength MS Excel and other time tracking applications, I was able to create a new system
