26 gauge steel standing seam

Z-bar type flashing
Window "taped" flanged on all flange type windows
Plinth blocks used for exterior walls lights, electrical
inlet, water inlet, exterior outlet
2 x 4 x 1" Corner and Window trim
2 x 6 x 1" Base and Roof trim
Vulkem 116 Caulking around all windows, doors, & trim
Insulation:
2 inches of spray foam in ceiling
3 inches of spray foam under floor
R-13 batt in walls, unless client upgrades to spray foam
Windows & Doors:
Entry and Egress to meet or surpass code
See specifications for sizes installed
Electrical:
Installation to meet or surpass code
General Layout, dependent on site, TBD by client
approval
Can lights will be dictated by framing
Electrical boxes will be dictated by framing
Ceiling fan boxes will be dictated by framing
Heavy boxes to be identified and may need
special boxes and/or framing
