Challenge
With four businesses, various marketing channels and 14+ Social
media platforms Gem needed assistance with the overall strategy
for the marketing .
Solution
Introduced multi channel digital marketing approach. I managed a
Salesforce and Mailchimp integration for mail/eshots to existing
databases and a content calendar/distribution across all four
businesses and channels.
Outcome
The multichannel solution simplified a challenging combination of
multiple businesses and digital channels, the content calendar
made sure important annual event’s weren't missed and the
brand's gained a far greater reach.

Unicorn Dust
2016
Challenge
This was an existing website that was struggling, initially the client
was looking for help with SEO. The brand was confused and neich.
Solution
Re named and Rebranded. I designed and created a new website
that was responsive and more user friendly. I introduced 5 Social
media channels, keyword insight and analytics and blog writing to
assist with SEO.
Outcome
Unicorn dust is now enjoying the flexibility the new branding gives
them as the products they sell can change with each season. The
social media channels along with the Keywords in the content
we’re producing is seeing a huge increase in traffic to the website

us on average over 75% of the referrals to our website. We
