1. Dr. Sara Villanueva is a prominent psychologist specializing in the
adolescent years and Associate Professor of Psychology at St.
Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. As an expert in helping parents
understand and appreciate this seemingly turbulent, and sometimes
overwhelming developmental period, Sara frequently speaks to parent
organizations and schools. She effortlessly translates the depth of
her research into humorous, relatable and informative insights that
help parents better maneuver their way through this time, and live to
laugh about it.
Her Book The Angst of Adolescence: How to Parent Your Teen
and Live to Laugh About It (Bibliomotion, September 2015) gives
