 Considering the fact that our Villages have huge
potential of bio-waste / agri- waste production.
 Henceforth, all villages should have bio-waste digester
(bio-gas plants) to produce bio-gas as well as organic
compost.
 On an average 25kgs. cow dung releases 1kg of bio-gas.
02-01-2016 3Presented by Sanjeev Singhal
 Generated bio-gas should be purified first and
distributed as PNG via gas pipeline to village
households.
 Remaining purified bio-gas can be distributed to
nearby sub-urban or urban areas via gas pipeline.

 After every 5-10 kms. of road distance a
Compressed Bio-gas Stations (CBS) need to be
set-up which will feed CNG/bio-gas based
automobiles and tractors like petrol-pumps.
 Bio-gas based engine technology should be used to
replace petrol & diesel based automobiles ( tractors /
trucks etc.) and tube well.
 All the vehicle or fixed engines can be modified to Biogas
based technology at very low conversion cost.

 Energy Crops like Jatropha, Arandi, sugarcane waste,
Rice hulk, Jalkumbhi produces more bio-gas.
 Indian Farmers must be motivated to cultivate more
such crops to improve their financials as well as to
sustain ecosystem.

 Electricity generation via bio-gas and solar system at
local level, will support in reducing costly transmission
lines and line-losses.

 Ongoing power requirements should be compensated
by both Bio-fuel and Solar Power to reduce pollution
levels, power losses and infrastructure cost.

 Decentralisation and setting up of local Mandi and
big industry like food processing and export, which
does not have effect of local consumers.
02-01-2016 14Presented by Sanjeev Singhal
 With the help of this.. We can achieve 100% organic
farming, and Import of Chemical Fertilisers (like Urea)
and Petroleum fuels, can be reduced up to 0%.

For the food safety..
To Make an statistics of food grain requirement of
Domestic and International demand.
Identification of respective production areas in
accordance of water, weather and quality by the
Agriculture experts and department.
Allow the exports only after our domestic
requirements are achieved.
Farming area must be bounded with the crop cycle
to maintain bio-diversity.
02-01-2016 16Presented by Sanjeev Singhal
For The PMKSY - connect all the water canals,
rivers outlets, city waste water, pumping system
and open channels through main and distribution
pipelines to all the fields, to avoid the low and high
irrigation land, like in ISRAEL..and make
compulsive planning of crop cycle area wise n
according to water level by local Agriculture deptt.
to be bound with farmers.
