Recover Contact Information From
Lost Appointment Request
. Accidentally deleted an appointment request before you were able to record your
patient's/customer's/client's contact information? It's OK, you can still recover that information. Here's
how:
1. Click on the Email tab.
2. Select the date of when the appointment was requested on the calendar. NOTE: If you don't
remember the date, you can select how far back you would like to view.
3. Change Category to Sent to Customer

4. Select the Subject that says, New Appointment Request From Demandforce.
5. Confirm the request is for the patient/customer/client you are searching for.
6. Select the date/time link next to the Appointment field.
7. Scroll down to the Client Contact Information section to find your client's contact information.
