BACKGROUND
Sammi joined the Investment team in March 2010. She was instrumental in the
successful marketing and sales of commercial investment grade properties such
as 2HR, Robinson Point, Katong Junction, Berjaya Hotel Singapore, 81 South
Bridge Road and 112 to 116 Amoy Street. She handled the strata offices and
shops sales at The Adelphi, Burlington Square and Samsung Hub, The Adelphi
strata offices and shops, and also brokered the collective sales of The Fortredale
and Austral View. Sammi was awarded the First Year of Excellence Award and
Excellence in Investment Properties Award at CBRE Asia Circle of Excellent
Awards 2010, 2011 and 2012 respectively. Last year, she was awarded the
Professional of the Year at CBRE Asia Circle of Excellence 2013.
