Bruton Knowles has completed a quinquennial valua on for the
Field Studies Council on their por olio of proper es comprising nine
freehold sites and seven leasehold sites.
Amongst their por olio are several heritage assets, including the
world famous Fla ord Mill as painted many mes by John
Constable.
A team of six Bruton Knowles Valua on Surveyors were assembled
to inspect all of the assets which were located from the Sco sh
Cairngorms to South Devon and from Pembroke to Essex. As part of
the instruc on we provided full reports and ra onalised
comprehensive Exis ng Use Values for our client, based upon
trading performance and referencing current market condi ons.
The Field Studies Council commented specifically in respect of the
professional approach taken and the fact that the project was
delivered on budget and on me.
