Competition
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Plot Area: 11,600 m sq
Client: Ministry of Presidential Affairs
Role: Design and drafting of multi story car park using
AutoCAD 2008
The competition comprised of a multi-story car park,
and an administration and residential building. The
four story car parking contained 500 car lots and 5
bus lots.
43. CAPITAL POLICE RESTAURANT AND CLUB
Capital Police Campus
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, 2009 - 2013
Program: Restaurant +kitchen, library, multi-purpose
hall, administration offices, TV room, and the health
club which contains Gym Hall, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Steam
room and Cafeteria.
Client: Police General Headquarter
Area: approx. 1,670 m sq.
Role: Design and management
Status: complete
The Idea behind the project was to fulfill the need for
an entertainment centre in an existing police campus.
The facade was designed to maintain the cultural
design in the campus.
44. ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
Khalifah University
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, 2008 - 2009
Program:
Ground floor: Student services, Dean Office, Confer-
ence Room, Administration Offices, Faculty room, and
Waiting area
First floor: Vice Dean Office, University staff hall,
Lounge room, Faculty room, and Waiting area
Second floor: Waiting area, Reception, Faculty room,
Staff hall, Lounge room, Meeting room, and Lounge
room
Client: Khalifa University
Area: approx. 1,893 m sq.
Role: Design and drafting of administration building
using AutoCAD 2008
Status: complete
The administration building is part of the first phase
of the Khalifa University campus. The campus is com-
prised of 5 main buildings; an administration build-
ing, library, and 3 buildings for lectures and labs.
