• Fundamental difference between HuRIS and PIS
- HuRIS does not perform an administrative function, while PIS does
• PIS; kept up-to-date to administer employee records while HuRIS not
up to date
• HRIS contains: personal details, education and training, appraisal,
transfer, promotion, disciplinary action, post, location and
employment base while PIS particularly focused on all employee
record
