 Attention should be focused on guest, not on food.
 Never run in restaurant
 Always maintain smiling face.
 Never point a finger to show a direction.
 Don’t touch guest personal belongings without their
permission.
 While serving or talking with avoid close contact.
 Give preference to kids & ladies.
 Never chew something or much in restaurant.
 No smoking in restaurant.
 Never count tips in restaurant.

 Don’t make unnecessary gestures with hands while
talking to the guest.

 Don’t enter the guest area when not in uniform.
 Don’t fiddle with keys, pens & lighters in restaurant.
 Don’t speak poorly about others to the guest, even if it
is a competitor.
