AFMS is the Accenture solution for public transit ticketing. It is a digital platform that manages transit
fare collection and provides enhanced customer service across multiple modes of transport. AFMS has
been designed from the ground up to connect with customers at each step of their journey. It offers and
supports a large catalog of self-service functions via Web, mobile applications, interactive voice
response (IVR) and kiosks, enabling travelers to purchase fare products, top up payment cards, and
manage account profiles and details. This multichannel approach allows transit authorities to offer a
consistent customer experience that better informs, responds to, and anticipates customer needs.
Responsibilities:
 Testing the core end to end functionality of the system using various combinations of written
test cases and test data.
 Prepared business scenarios.
 Prepared/reviewed test cases for new requirements in Microsoft Test Manager.
 Provided KT sessions to the new joiners within the team.
 Performing Bug fix testing and regression testing to ensure maximum quality of the product.
 Managing a team of 3 members and conducting the testing work for timely completion.
 Acting as a lead for 1 module in e-ticketing.

NOL - Route Generator and Schedule Manager
Client: NOL, Singapore
RGSM enables the Ocean liners to maintain & manage their cargo Schedules/Routes. Route Manager
generates valid routes by stitching the schedules published from Schedule Manager by applying various
rules. Costs matching to the Routes generated are also made available to the users. NOL is one of the
vital clients of Accenture Freight and Logistics software.
Responsibilities:
 Testing the core end to end functionality of the system using various combinations of written
test cases and test data.
 Identifying the reusable data required for testing and creating the test data within application.
 Prepared business scenarios.
 Reviewed and followed the testing approach from Analysis to Integration phase.
 Interacted with clients for various Ad-hoc requests, Data requests and coordinated throughout
the release.
 Provided Test cases and Test data to the clients.
 Conducted peer review of testing artifacts prepared by team members.
 Provided KT sessions to the new joiners.
 Performing Bug fix testing and regression testing to ensure maximum quality of the product.
 Efficient participation in SIT/UAT.

SIT/UAT Phase and after go-live period. The concerns raised are analyzed and are fixed/tested and
delivered once confirmed as Bug/CR. The Fix is delivered once approved by the QA team to UAT
environment.
Responsibilities:
 Interacted with clients in Release calls, UAT and Production defect calls.
 Managed complete SIT/UAT activities like complete Test Planning, Test Scripting, Execution
[Bug/CR], Defect tracking and final Sign Off.
 Provided night support during the SIT phase to one of the clients.
 Prepared automation scripts for pricing module.
 Developed regression scripts and performed regression testing in QA environment to provide
sign off.
