This document discusses the team psychological contract and its impact on team performance. It identifies commitment, discretionary effort, satisfaction, innovation, health of the contract, fulfillment of expectations, trust, fairness, values and principles, and leadership as key drivers that can positively or negatively impact the psychological contract and subsequent team performance. Effective leadership and shared values are highlighted as two important drivers that influence the psychological contract.
