1. HISTORY
The firm was started as a Proprietary firm in 1995 by Vivek Damle.
Mr. Damle brought considerable expertise & experience from the Air conditioning
industry gained at Amtrex - Hitachi; a leading company in the ACR market. In 1999
Sameer Samel joined the Company with Extraordinary Design & Execution Skills
from Blue Star, to further strengthen the Company. The company initially marketed
& serviced Room Ac's and has over the years moved into a much broader spectrum
of Products & Services. The company was incorporated as “Siddhitec Comforts Pvt.
Ltd” in 2000 and is now poised for significant growth in the coming years.
ORGANIZATION
With the core formed by Mr. Vivek & Mr. Sameer & their Team of dedicated Engineers &
Support staff, the company today employs in excess of 50 people in various Sales, Services
& Support functions. The Company also has dedicated contractors for Sheet Metal
ducting, Piping & Electrical Works.
Today, we are one of the Leading Turnkey HVAC Contractor & Service Provider
as far as Design, Execution &Maintenance of Air conditioning systems at Pune.
INFRASTRUCTURE
The company has fully equipped 1150 Sq.ft. corporate office in Aundh, Pune with all
modern communication tools. Additionally, the Company is one of the few in the industry
to have a well-equipped & staffed Service Workshop of over 750 Sq. ft. area to provide
the best quality service post-sale. The infrastructure and more importantly the Values we
believe are to ensure 95% complaint management on same day.

The Company is now Authorized Business Associates of the Top International Brands available in
India. The Company mainly deals in Daikin, Hitachi, LG, Carrier – Toshiba, Mitsubishi & Panasonic
Aircon products. These provide us with a huge range of superior products & leveraging to provide
appropriate Solutions to Customer requirements.

The company has grown on the strength of the Trust of all our customers, steadily &
consistently over the last 17 years. Starting with a 1st year base of over Rs.7.0 Lacs,
last year we closed on Rs. 18.00 Crores & expect to clock Revenues of over Rs. 21.00
Crores by March’2017.
INSTALLATIONS
Over the last 20 Years we have completed a wide range of HVAC Works for varied applications from
Comfort to Specialized Hospital OTs/ Clean Rooms. We have an installed base of over 40,000+ Tons of
Airconditioning covering a fit out space of over 4.5 mil Sq.ft. We

We are the first Business associates of Hitachi in India to Book & Execute Variable Refrigerant
Volume Air conditioning systems for Manikchand’s corporate office. This is a revolutionary concept
in Air Conditioning with savings in Power, Space & Design flex BLT. In the last 10 years we have
executed some of the largest sites for Daikin VRV on an All- India basis and we have been in the Top
10 Business Partners over the last 7-8 years.
CHILLERS
We are executing specialized requirements for a few Major Hospitals @ Pune including OTs / MRI /
Cathlabs, etc. We expect that this experience will help us in creating & gaining more such Specialized
Projects in the Hotels & Hospitals segments of the market which is expected to grow rapidly in the
