4. “Whoever must be a worker in the
vineyard of God must be born again and
must have certain qualities that
differentiate him from others.”
That is exactly what the bible is telling us
in the book of 1 Timothy 3:1-2.
5. You must possess a character that
other people can emulate.
1 Timothy 4:12, “Let no man
despise thy youth but be thou an
example of the believers in word,
in conversation, in charity, in
spirit, in faith, in purity. 1
Corinthians 11:1
6. • A worker in the vineyard of God
that will be different from other
people must live a godly life.
1 Timothy 3:1-13. You must be a
man of good report, you must be
able to control your house.
7. • Every talk or statement that
comes out of your mouth must
build other people’s faith. Eph.
4:29.
• You must have the heart of a
servant. Matthew 20:27-28.
Whosoever want to be a master
must serve.
8. • Faithfulness and transparency must be
your watchword. If God sees you, let
people see you too. 1 Corinthians 4:2,
Num. 12:7. The book number here says
Moses was faithful in the house of God.
Are you faithful in the house of God, to the
authority that be or to the church you are
leading. Do as I say but don’t do as I do.
People are not reading the bible now but
your character is what people are reading
now.
9. • Any worker that must be different
from others must follow the word of
God letter to letter. Joshua 1:8. You
must read the word of God and follow
it even if it is not convenient.
• A good worker must live above
reproach, don’t let people insult God
because of you. 1 Timothy 3:2, A good
teacher, the student follow his/her
example.
10. • Any worker that must work for
God, God must first of all work in
his life before he is qualified to
work for God. 2 Corinthians 5:17.
• Learn a lesson from workers that
failed God like Judas, Gehazi and
some others and study what caused
their failure and that mistake in
your own time.
11. • You are also to learn a lesson from
workers that make headway and the
secret of their success like Samuel
which the bible says the word of God
never fall from his mouth till the end
of his ministry.
• Finally, to all of the workers in his
vineyard may the grace of God be
sufficient for us to serve well in Jesus
Name. Amen.
