Lutyen’s Delhi, a photo stop at India Gate and Amar Jawan Jyoti. Continue with a drive past the
Secretariat,Rashtrapati Bhawan,Rajpath and Government Buildings finally ending your day with a
tour of the Humayun’s Tomb.

Notes on Sikh Temple (Gurudwara) Visits:
o Please dress appropriately
o Deposit Your Bags at theLuggage Counter
o Once you reach thereplease remove your shoes and socks before enteringmain
worship area,and don’t forget to leave your footwear outside at the shoe counter
o Clean hands, feet and face before entering. Many gurdwaras havea fountain or small
moat or running water just outsidetheentranceof the main prayer hall.
o Cover your head before entering the Gurudwara.Men / boys can cover their head with
a large knotted handkerchief and women / girls can use a stole or head – scarf. (The
Gurudwara has a box of scarves that you can borrow one for the visit)
o Respect the holy book the Guru Granth Sahib- by bowingyour head when you enter
o Take Prasad when leaving the gurudwara.Please take the samew ith both hands right
on top of left
o Do not carry intoxicants liketobacco, cigaretteand alcohol.
o Chairs are not provided in the Gurdwara and so, when sitting,this will be on the
carpeted floor both in the Main Prayer Hall and in the Langar Hall
