Lower Abdominal Pain
         Analysis : Site, onset, character, radiation, timing, exacerbating
           and relieving factors, severity and associated symptoms:


Gyne (not pregnant)                                                                                                         Obs (pregnant)

   OVARIES: ovarian cyst (menstrual irregularity)

   UTERUS:
              PID : abdominal pain , fever , vaginal
                                                                Early                                                                            Late
   discharge and dysparunea
              Complicated fibroids : mennorhagia and                                                     Preterm Labor: contractions, show,
                                                                   Ectopic , abortion or molar :
   pressure symptoms                                                                                      ROM... previous preterm labor, genital
                                                                   vaginal bleeding and uterine
              Cancer : fever , anorexia , weight loss, night                                             tract infection, stress, fatigue, cervical
   sweats, vaginal bleeding.                                       contraction .. and for molar add
                                                                                                          incompetence (previous surgeries or
              Endometriosis : irregular bleeding                  hyperemesis gravidarum, hyperthyroid
                                                                                                          trauma), polyhydramnios, multiple
                                                                   symptoms and respiratory distress
                                                                                                          pregnancies, macrosomia.. etc of the
                                                                   (trophoblastic embolisation).
   GIT: N & V , diarrhea …                                                                                risk factors.
                                                                   UTI: dysuria , frequency , urgency,    Placental abruption: vaginal
