The Dossier system gives the employer a simple
method of collecting all necessary documentation,
including checking the validity of such documents
(e.g. detecting fake passports), and storing in this
dossier all necessary items. The system will also
help in managing these key documents, e.g. by
generating warnings when a certain document is
due to expire.
