AWARDS AND HONORS
 Received 3 promotions within 4 months at my very first full time occupation. The job was at a Horse
and Dog racing track in Kansas City called The Woodlands. Started out as a concession stand
worker, promoted to Server, and ultimately promoted to the Receiving Dock position. All came with
pay upgrades and higher responsibility and workload.
 Promoted within 1 month at Ace Services from regular custodian to supervisor of the entire crew.
Also had to perform all managerial tasks of the operation upon promotion. Received a healthy raise.
 First and Only recipient of Employee of the Season award at my particular branch of Yardmaster Inc.
For the recognition I also received a $200 gift card for Walmart. Shortly after I was promoted to a
Foreman position and thrived in said role.
 Within a week and a half of starting at Emerson Climate Technologies I was promoted from regular
assembler to FST (or line technician). Under my supervision and due to large contributions from
myself (always went well above and beyond call of duty), my assembly line shattered the single shift
production record on 3 occassions. We also shattered the overall production and quality records for
any season in company history. We received custom t shirts and had our group picture posted on the
wall of fame. I was told by all my supervisors and managers that I learned the job at an
unprecedented rate, and that out of all 1,400+ plant-wide assembly employees at the time, no one
was close to my overall performance level. In fact, coworkers and bosses of mine coined a term
called "Roy Mode" for times when an employee would take their performance and effort to the max

I was told by all my supervisors and managers that I learned the job at an unprecedented rate, and that out of all 1,400+ plant-wide assembly employees at the time, no one was close to my overall performance level.
