Andrew Gregory, Managing Director & CEO, McDonald's Australia will discussed at

Andrew Gregory joined McDonald's as a 19-year-old casual crew member while at university
completing a Bachelor of Economics.
Upon completing his degree Andrew joined the Melbourne corporate team as an accountant and progressed to various
positions including Regional Accountant for Victoria and Restaurant Development Director for the Southern Region.
In 2010, Andrew relocated to Japan to take up the position of Vice President, Development Officer and in 2011 was
promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Restaurant Support Officer, responsible for overseeing the Operations, Supply
Chain and Restaurant Development functions of the business. During his time in Japan, Andrew also played a key role
in leading the business out of the earthquake crisis in March 2011.
In November 2012, Andrew relocated back to Australia as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and took over
as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in April 2014.
Andrew also joined the Board of Ronald McDonald House Charities Australia as its Chairman.
