To Whom It May Concern:
I am pleased to introduce Ms. Roshana Nabi, who served as a
Research Associate with SAI from December 2011 through May
2012. SAI is a human rights organization dedicated to improving
working conditions in global supply chains. We work with brands
and retailers, supplier facilities, governments, unions and other
groups to carry out standards development, training, technical
assistance and multi-stakeholder dialogue. Ms. Nabi was contracted
for a period of 6 months, to work with us on several key projects,
which included:
• labor code benchmarking analysis and development of a risk
analysis tool, for a corporate client (U.S. food brand)
• multi-media production of 2 online evaluation and training
courses, for a corporate client (U.S. multi-industry retailer)
• development of 2 classroom training courses, for a UK-govt-
funded program (India apparel factories)
Ms. Nabi’s responsibilities included research, curriculum
development and project management. She approached each of her
assignments with dedication, consistency, and follow-through. She
demonstrated a keen interest in our field and constantly took the
initiative to expand her knowledge and to exchange insights with
colleagues –delivering effective presentations at staff meetings, and
developing ideas for interesting new projects.
Should you have a specific job opportunity for Roshana, I would be
happy to speak by phone or provide a more detailed reference letter.
Please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thanks for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Jane Hwang
