Investment approval stages include:
1. Preparation of Executive Summary / one-page company profile (maximum two
pages) - English (Russian is also possible( for the first primary selection by IMM team
2. Sending Selected ES to Angel's club management and other investors
3. Initial screening by Club management, presentation to Investment committee
4. Sending of business plan and presentations (often investors skip this step)
5. Formation of investment group, group meeting between investors and start ups
6. Agreements signing and deal closing
7. Ongoing monitoring of the Investments
