JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Surveying of accidental vehicles in authorized workshops, settlement of claims by
approving repair or replacement of parts and settling labour costs for the particular job
after negotiation with service advisors, considering the cause and nature of loss, present
market value of vehicle and depreciation on material, after checking policies and pre
inspections(if any).
2) Claim processing and maintaining closing ratio by achieving monthly closing targets.
3) Handling claim related problems, resolving queries of insured and maintaining
relationships between organization and its customers as well as workshops.
4) Handling motor theft claims along with accidental claims since November 2015. Scrutiny
of theft investigation reports and settling claims on the basis of facts after detailed
discussion with investigators. Resolving customer queries and convincing them about our
services.
