The Dolphin Dash is a 5K (3.1 mile)
course star ng at IMMS in Gulfport.
The Turtle Trot is a 1 mile course star ng
at IMMS in Gulfport.
Age Categories
Dolphin Dash
19 years and younger, 20—24, 25—29,
30—34, 35—39, 40 –44, 45—49, 50—54,
55—59, 60—64, 65 years and be+er.
Turtle Trot
Ages 6—7, 8—9, & 10—11.
All registered par cipants will receive a
run tee-shirt.
