Robyn Finds Suitable Engineers for FMC Despite Competition
1. Robyn has been working for FMC on our requirements for a number of contract Design
Engineer roles. We have struggled to fill these positions in the past for a number of reasons
– as these are contract positions we need successful candidates to come in and ‘hit the
ground running’ with a solid design background but we are competing with oil and gas
organizations in Aberdeen who are offering increasingly inflated rates of pay.
Robyn has been working with me on these roles for just a short time but has already had
great success, finding 3 suitable candidates to date. I have found that Robyn works very
hard to understand FMC, our culture and the technical requirements we’re looking for. She
has had to bear with delays at time in receiving feedback on CVs and interviews but I think
she understands and appreciates how busy our managers are here and has adapted to our
processes.
I look forward to continuing to work with Robyn on our contract recruitment as more roles
come up in the future. I am confident that Robyn will dedicate time and effort to finding
suitable candidates as quickly as possible.
