***Keep in mind, Clients have their own profile in LeashTime and have the ability to request services, edit
or change information and contact the office. Don’t enter anything into LeashTime that you don’t want
the client to see.

How to mark your visit complete:
1. SCHEDULE on the Menu Bar
2. Mark Visits Completed
3. Check the box next to each
client’s name
4. Mark all checked visits
completed
4. Schedule Time Off
How to schedule time off in LeashTime:
1. ADMIN on the Menu Bar
2. Schedule Time Off
3. Click on the Clock Symbol
4. Sitter Time Off
5. Click on the on any day
6. Complete the options
7. Use Repeat Controls if necessary
8. Save New Time Off

How to Review & Change Client info:
1. CLIENTS on the Menu Bar
2. Client List
3. Active Clients will appear
4. Click on the Camera icon next to the
clients name to open Quick Viewer
5. Click on the client’s name to make
changes
6. Make your changes
7. Click ‘Submit Change Request’

3. Click on any specific payment to see the
details of the payment

How to Add Keys in LeashTime:
1. SCHEDULE on the Menu Bar
2. If there is a Red Key symbol next to the
client’s name – no key has been issued &
needs to be added in LeashTime
3. Click the red key
4. Lock Location: city where the client lives
w/the name of the team lead
5. Key Hook: Pet name(s) & client initials
6. Copies: Number VIP has in its possession
7. Copy #1: Usually you
8. Copy #2: This is the back up key –
should say your name until team lead
receives it

How to Transfer Keys in LeashTime:
1. KEYS on the Menu Bar
2. Click on the dropdown next to the client
name
3. Select the sitter the key is going to
4. Click ‘Transfer Keys to Designated Sitters’

Keep your client profiles up-to-date in LeashTime
Ensure your availability is accurate in LeashTime
If scheduling time-off and you have a visit scheduled during that time,
you MUST find a sitter to cover the visit
Log keys accordingly and timely
