Apply lacquer coating on the PET film.
The functions : 1. can be released;
2. ink-friendly;
3. protection for the metallic layer.

Place the coated PET film into the Metallizer.
Aluminum Wire melt at 1450℃ in vacuum chamber.
Liquid aluminum evaporated .
Aluminum monomolecular layers condensed on the
substrates of coated PET film.

Laminating the metallized PET film with either paper or
paperboard.
30gsm up to 450gsm

28. Step 4
Peel off the PET film from the PET laminated
paperboard.
The metallic layer on the PET film has been transferred
onto the paperboard.
The PET film can be used for several times as a carrier.
