right foot out
diagonally in front,

the floor and
releasing your hands
up.

body weight upwards
and come back to first
position with arms
crossed in front.

the left foot moving

the left hand and your
heels to balance your

position as Step 5 and
prepare to cartwheel
to your left.

11. Step 9: Cart wheel—
place the right hand
beyond the left hand
and transfer your
weight gradually. Lift
off the right foot
followed by the left
and land very softly.
Be extremely careful
when trying this and
