1.TOP LOAD WASHING MACHINE
Lint Management System
The wash plate has radial vanes at the bottom which repeatedly force water through
the filter and ensures maximum lint collection, resulting lower lint deposition in your
clothes.
Flexi Loading/ Add a Garment
The machine allows you to add clothes in between cycles such that precious time,
water and energy are saved by avoiding repetition of a cycle for the clothes that
were left out.
Spray Rinse
The clothes are rinsed with multiple low water sprays that ensure there is Zero
detergent residue for maintaining the freshness of the clothes and also reducing the
risk of any irritation or allergy.
Friction Dampening System
The new friction dampening system coupled with a unique cabinet pattern doesn't
only add to the aesthetic appeal but also reduces noise levels and machine walk by
suppressing vibration.
The CARESS – Pattern Drum
The new iconic 'S' pattern design in the drum makes sure that the clothes are
handled with gentle care while enhancing soil removal for a better wash. True care
for your clothes.

WARNINGS & ERROR MESSAGES
RID#1 Main Function
RID#1 .1 LOAD SENSING
1) Decides the Required Water level with respect to the Mass of Cloth Load
a. Evaluates the water level with dry laundry at the of wash process
b. P1 (Daily Wash), P4 (Easy Iron), P6(Bed linen), P8(Colors) will follow
this Load sensing process
c. Finalize the water level by software algorithm output data during 60 sec of
sensing between 30-150 rpm
d. Indication for Load sensing is by means of “Auto” Water level LED.
RID#1 .2 BALANCE SPIN
1. Used to Distribute the Unbalanced Cloth Load.
2. Unbalance(Ub) checking Point:
a. During SIS, if the system fails to attain 50 to 150 Rpm / 150 to 300
Rpm / if the Off balance threshold value gets crossed within a
specified tenure then control moves to Ub error
b. Self Correction process will be processed once while detecting “Ub” for the first
time in a wash cycle.
c. During Self Correction process, Water will be filled & the cloth load will be
distributed by means of specified Wash Strokes.
RID#1 .3 KEY LOCK
1. In order to lock the Keys, Press Delay End and Extra Rinse key
simultaneously so that Keys will get Locked & the corresponding LED will
start glowing.
2. Key lock can be invoked only when the system is in running mode.
3. There will be no response for any key press while the system remains in
Key Lock mode and the corresponding LED will blink 5 times.
4. In order to unlock, Press Delay End and Extra Rinse key simultaneously
5. During Errors, Keylock feature will get disabled for Power & start/pause
key depending on the type of Errors.
RID#1 .5 EXTRA RINSE
1. Extra Rinse selection will be improving the Rinse ability performance
whenever the laundry requires
2. 2X/3X selection will result in 2 / 3 Rinse Phases of a selected cycle

RID#1 .6 SUPERSOAK
1. Super soak option selection improves the Wash performance whenever
the dirt level in the Wash loads found to be higher.
RID#1 .7 DELAY END
1. Delay End key is used to set the “Delay End” time for the selected wash
program
RID#2 ERROR DISPLAY & ITS DIAGNOSIS
RID#2.1 CHECK WATER ERROR
1. If desired water level did not attain within 10 mins during fill then Check Water Error will
be popped by means of turning ON the Check water LED.
2. Inlet valve will move to OFF state after 5 mins from Check water error detection & waits
for start key press after checking the water inlet.
3. Need to check:
a. Ensure the Water supply at the inlet.
b. Check for the blockage at fill hose and at the Inlet valve filter.
c. Ensure that Inlet valve is turning ON during fill process and if
not check for inlet valve operation & its connections from PCB to Inlet valve.
d. Check for pressure sensor frequency response & kink or puncture at the pressure
hose.
e. Ensure that drain hose free end should be left in atmosphere not in any other
medium.
f. Ensure that the Water head is >10ft from the Machine Inlet.
RID#2.2 DRAIN ERROR
1. If the water in the system fails to drain within 4 mins from the start of drain process
“dE” error will be popped with water level group LEDs blinking
2. Need to check:
a. Ensure that drain hose should not be elevated for more than
20cms from the ground level
b. Ensure that Torque Motor is turning ON during drain process and if not check for
Torque Motor operation & its connections from PCB to drain pump.
c. Check for any kink or blockage at drain hose.
d. Ensure that drain hose free end should be left in atmosphere
not in any other medium.
e. Check for pressure sensor frequency response.

RID#2.3 SS1 ERROR
1. SS1 Error will be detected if there is no feedback from slot sensor for 10 secs during
Load Sensing, Indexing, SIS and Speed based spin.
2. Need to check :
a. Run a Spin Program and check the basket is running if not check for
Motor, Capacitor, Torque motor connections (from PCB to specific
loads) and its operation.
b. Slot sensor connections should be checked and also ensure there is no water
entry in between slot sensor connector & its wiring harness connector.
c. Check for Slot sensor operation.
RID#2.4 E1 ERROR
1. If there is no feedback from pressure sensor or if the frequency is out of range, E1 error
will be popped
2. Need to check :
a. Check for pressure sensor operation and its Connections (from PCB to
sensor).
b. Ensure that there is no Kink or Water entry into pressure hose.
c. Check for Inlet valve continuous flow
d. Ensure that PCB is working fine.
e. For manual water fill, ensure the amount of water filled should be less than the
level of balance ring
RID# 2.5 UNBALANCE ERROR
1. During SIS, if the system fails to attain 50 to 150 Rpm / 150 to 300 Rpm / if
the Off balance threshold value gets crossed within a specified tenure then
control moves to Ub error.
2. While detecting Ub
a. For the Ist detection (Ub and the time will be flashed), Self correction process
will be done. i.e. Water fill and then agitation so as to distribute the cloths
b. 2nd
& 3rd
detection, system waits for consumer intervention to open the Lid
distribute the cloths and then to press start key
c. 4th
detection will be a permanent Ub error & the same cannot be rectified by the
consumer
3. Need to check:
a. Ensure the laundry in a balanced distribution.
b. Check whether the water in the system is completely draining or not.
c. Ensure that there are 24 PIP in the system drive ( Run Line Test Routine →if
there is any PIP breakage there it will be detected as “PIP”)

28. _______________________________________________________________________________________
Page | 28
d. Ensure that the capacitor doesn’t have degraded.
e. Check whether the system is running smooth.
RID#2.7. POWER ERROR
1. When the input voltage at consumer end falls below 170V & above 270V then “PE” error
will be detected.
2. Need to check:
a. Ensure that the Input voltage is above 170V & below 270V
b. Check for PCB operation.
RID#2.8. LID OPEN ERROR
1. If there is no feedback from Lid Switch, then “Lid Open” error will be popped till getting
the feedback.
2. Need to check:
a. Ensure the Lid is firmly closed
b. Check for Lid switch operation & its connections
c. Check for PCB operation.
RID#2.9. tSC ERROR
1. If Keys are shorted, then ‘tSC’ error will be popped & this error is applicable only in Test
Routines.
2. Need to check:
a. Ensure that there is a required interval given while invoking Test Routines.
b. Check for Keys shorted in User Interface
