I have been working as a Tester, Developer, DevOps maintenance for over 7 years, in the following
business areas: Dental Insurance Company USA/Ireland, e-commerce (Avon.com, DecareDental.ie),
Content Management Systems (Umbraco, SiteCore) develop code updates to communicate with
external databases (SalesForce, LDAP), introducing Google Analytics/ Google Tag Manager to web
application). Whole my live the software development was my. I am passionate about low cost maintains
and quality software. I am focus on detail, finding best solution and deliver reliable value to Customer. I
have strong skills in C#, WCF, MVC, REST, .NET Core, Entity Framework OMR, Unit Tests, Automation
Tests (Unit test, Selenium), ASP.net, Web Development (WebForm, MVC), Data Models and
implement/update stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server. Currently I extend my knowledge about
.NET Core MVC with OMR. This year I have finished SIT course Agile with DevOps to wxtend my
current working experience.
I am using C#, SQL and Web Services as part of my daily work in Decare Systems Ireland/8West from
2010-present. I am a contractor software developer and the below are few projects that I was working on
as team member:
Washington Dental:
As part of team I've developed new features to existing system and enhanced existing features related
with Depended Access, Multitier Benefits. etc, in external Web site and internal applications. As part of
this project I was updating front end pages, changing HTML CSSS, java script, updating 5 layers of WCF
Services that would implement business logic and calculations in C#, update SQL store procedure at the
database layer, update Report Server reports. I work with Agile environment delivering production
maintained tickets and new projects. Cooperate with managers, developers, Customers to Creating
design specification, gain approval for Customer and deliver to DEV, QA and production environment in
2 week spring (delivery) . As part of my daily work I did update spring backlog work items ticket (TFS),
upgrade required test environment, deployment code (MSBuild,), update data base, update BizTalk.
Implement security updates and update all external and internal application for .NET 4.6 and Nlog.
Dental online Shop:
Developing .NET MVC 3 application using jQuery, HTML, CSS, java script, bootstrap, Razor. Creating
Controllers, Views, View Model with client and server side validation (jQuery unobtrusive), own HTML
helpers, ORCC payment, connecting to WCF JAVA service. Unit testing, Selenium IDE automation
scripts. Provide online shop for member to choice plans, compare plans, Enrol with using own Content
Manager. The application was branded by CSS bootstrap for different USA state and different business
Customers (DeCare Dental). I've also implemented MVC Security Application for MVC 3 (CSRF, XSS,
SQL Injection etc). with client-side validation that would call the web services created. Implement Google
Analytics/ Google Tag Manager to web application with creation of specific reports for each Customer.
Generate policy Pdf (PDFsharp), sending confirmation email, Updating Web.config for each
environment.

The project, where I have been working for the past 4 years, consists of a multi-modular Insurance
Application for a major Business Insurance Provider in the United States, that looks after all Member,
Enrolment, the Claims Management Process for the actual Insurance Providers. It is quite a complex
external and internal applications, with several different layers, modules, web applications and services. I
am mainly responsible for production maintenance tickets and new features and project include the
environment configuration, setup, release management process, development deployment, testing,
automation testing, unit testing, database development and delivery. I have developed new features and
enhanced existing features related with Dependent Access, Multitier Benefits etc, in external Web site
and internal applications. As part of this project I was updating front end pages, changing HTML CSSS,
java script, updating 5 layers of WCF Services that would implement business logic and calculations in
C#, update SQL store procedure at the database layer, update Report Server reports. The data was
stored within Microsoft SQL Server which was accessed via stored procedures using T/SQL. I work with
Agile environment delivering production maintained tickets and new projects. Cooperate with managers,
developers, Customers to Creating design specification, gain approval for Customer and deliver to DEV,
QA and production environment in 2 week spring (delivery). A good project/new feature/production ticket
starts with clearly understanding the requirements and expectations from the client. In this case we
worked closely with Business and System Analysts that would give us the feedback of what was
required and provide us with Use Cases with initial requirements, which I will then analyse and come
back with questions and clarification requests.
After the analysis I enumerated the tasks and estimated the time required to implement, including all the
new tables, tables change, stored procedure changes, new stored procedures required, and therefore
the different layers that would be needed to create and change in terms of the WCF application services,
as well as the web pages required to be changed and created. Then the implementation was done
where all the different objects and layers were building and changed. As part of the development
process we make regular releases to our local test environment, where our testing team performs tests
and then we prepare a release to be shipped over to our client in the US. The client is responsible for
the User acceptance tests prior to the production release.

I have implemented html Views with Razor engine and models with client-and server side validation.
Working closely with Manager and with our Customer in the US and IRL. They required us to develop an
online shop to sell dental insurance to the people in several states of the country, that would have
different brands, logos, and content.
All the key factors were achieved on time and I was awarded a prize as part of my delivery in the project
which was very uplifting. I wrote technical designs, use cases, developed the webservices in C#, and
called the JAVA service that were designed to insert and update the records in the member tables enrol
payments. This project was for DeCare Dental Ireland and UK, the Blue Cross/ Blue Shield Health
Insurance, BCBSGA, EMPIRE BLUE, ANTHEM in the U.S
