The Society of Incentive Travel Executives (SITE) has recognized Richard as the industry's top
Producer / Creative Director for five consecutive years (2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006). SITE has
nearly 1,800 members in 82 countries, with 28 local and regional chapters.
With extensive experience in brand strategy, client service, strategic planning, creative concept
development, program operations, catering, technical production and budget management, Richard
currently lends his expertise to a wide range of clients from high-level government events to
high-end corporate incentive programs and large-scale meetings.

As Conference Coordinator for the APEC-CEO Summit, a conference attended by 200 CEOs, SITE CRYSTAL AWARD
21 Ministers and seven World Leaders; Richard created, developed and managed all aspects of this international conference from services
including, but not limited too; Hotel Negotiations, Concept & Creative, General Session, Technical, Accompanying Persons Programs,
Catering, Transportation, Gifts and Security. In the past few years, Richard has produced Diana Krall, Harry Connick, Jr., Van Morrison,
BareNaked Ladies, George Foreman to name a few.
Richard is knowledgeable in all aspects of meeting management, destination services, event and video production and
on-line communications. He brings a unique ability to understand clients' needs from the smallest requests to full
service delivery.
