Richard and I have known each other for at least 10 years as volunteers
within the program of the Boy Scouts of America.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Richard, and came to know
him as a truly valuable asset to any team. He is honest, dependable, and
incredibly hard-working. Beyond that, he is an impressive problem solver
who is always able to address complex issues with strategy and confidence.
Richard is inspired by challenges, and never intimidated by them.
He is one of those people that can do anything and knows a great many
things but is very humble about it. His knowledge of construction, mechanics
and electronics have proved invaluable over the years. His skills have been
utilized in the upkeep of our local Boy Scout camp saving an untold number
of dollars.
Along with his undeniable talent, Richard has always been a team player. He
is an integral part of the many successful events we have held, some with
participation of over 700 youth and family members. Throughout the
sometimes stressful times, he has always maintained a calming presence.
Without a doubt, I confidently recommend Richard for any position he may
aspire to. As a dedicated and knowledgeable employee and an all-around
