It is with great pleasure that I would recommend Ricardo Rios to any
potential employer, during his internship in the Rooms Division in the Ritz-
Carlton Abama Ricardo demonstrated competencies that would be an asset
to any company.
During Ricardo’s time here he gained valuable experience in both our
Recreation department and our exclusive Tagor Villas, where he was
working as a concierge to our most demanding guests, adapting to the new
settings and environment with ease and enthusiasm.
Ricardo embraces change really well and thrives on taking on new
challenges with excellent attention to detail; he had an outstanding impact
on the team and the guests; building strong relationships and engaging with
all of those around him.
Ricardo is also extremely hard working and has the energy and capacity to
deliver a high standard of work, due to these characteristics Ricardo won
our “intern of the semester” award, and was scored a perfect 100% on our
yearly brand standard audit. Both of which he should be very proud of.
