Capital Increase: R$ 150 million
Price: R$ 4.35
Rights: same rights as the existing common shares.
Use of proceeds: strengthening the Company’s capital structure.
Subscription Rights: Within 30 days counted from the release of the Notice to
Shareholders, which happened on October 8.
Ratio: 0.220772423 per 1 common share.
Depositary Financial Institution: Banco Bradesco S.A. (“Bradesco”)
Term: until November 6, 2008, inclusive, to exercise the subscription right.
Remaining common shares: the remaining common shares must be
subscribed for during the five-day period following the determination of the
number of remaining shares. If after this period, the remaining shares are yet not
subscribed, the remaining shares will be sold at the stock exchange.
The Company’s controlling shareholders have declared their intention of
subscribing all the shares to which they have preference rights and to any
remaining lots in order to ensure that the issue is 100% subscribed.
