Mr. Rhett Eldridge
JAI Software, Inc.
Dear Rhett:
This letter is to formally invite you to be a speaker at the Senate Briefing on
Thursday, March 19, 2015. The Briefing, being sponsored by Senators Jack Reed
and Susan Collins, is a joint event for the State Energy Program (SEP) and the
Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), and will be held from 2:00 – 3:00 PM in
Room 116 of the Dirksen Building.
Your role will be to speak about the WAP, showcasing the Maine program
including units weatherized, other WAP metrics and data, jobs created, how the
DOE program leverages other partners and resources, and a good client success
story. We will work with you to help develop and fine tune the talking points.
We look forward to working with you on the Briefing and thank you for your
willingness to participate. Having knowledgeable speakers from the WAP
network and business community is a very effective means of communicating
the “Weatherization Works” message.
Sincerely,
Bob Scott
